US only: Size/color exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn items.

International: No exchanges due to logistics.

Defects or wrong item (worldwide): We’ll replace or refund—contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept discretionary returns.


Our made-to-order promise

We print after you purchase to minimize waste and deliver fresh, matte graphics on premium blanks. This boutique model lets us focus on quality over volume and shapes our returns policy below.


Exchanges (United States)

  • Window: Request within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, with no odors or stains. Keep original packaging when possible.
  • What we offer: Size or color exchange of the same design; if the requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit.
  • Shipping: Original shipping isn’t refundable. Return postage for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is our fault (defect/incorrect item).

How to start an exchange
Email hello@lldesignlab.com with your order number, the item you’re exchanging, and the new size/color you want. We’ll reply with next steps.


International orders (outside the US)

Due to transit times and cross-border logistics, we cannot process exchanges for non-US orders at this time. Please consult the Size Guide before purchasing. (Measurement tolerance: ±1 in / ±2.5 cm.)


Damaged, defective or incorrect items (worldwide)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, email hello@lldesignlab.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll replace or refund promptly. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions; in these cases, return shipping is on us.


Non-returnable items

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items with deodorant/makeup stains or odors
  • Final-sale items and gift cards
  • Customized or personalized pieces (if applicable)

Order changes & cancellations

We begin production shortly after you order. If you need to change size, color, or address, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll try our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once production starts.


Fit & color notes

  • Fit: Our garments follow brand standards (e.g., Comfort Colors 1717, Gildan 18000/18500). Check the Size Guide.
  • Color: Screen and device settings may slightly shift how colors appear; a small variance is normal for garment-dyed and on-demand printing.

Refunds (when applicable)

Approved refunds (e.g., defective/incorrect items) are issued to the original payment method once the return is received/verified or a no-return resolution is approved. Processing times depend on your bank/card issuer.
