What does “Just made for you” mean?

Every piece is made-to-order when you purchase. We don’t mass-stock inventory; this keeps waste low and lets us print on premium blanks. It also means production takes a little time before shipping.

How long do production and shipping take?

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • US delivery: typically 3–7 business days after production
  • International delivery: varies by destination and carrier (customs may add time)

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—buy any 2 items and shipping is free in eligible regions (currently the US).
Use the “Buy 2 → Free ship” links on the site; the code auto-applies at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?

  • US: We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for size/color issues on unworn, unwashed items.

  • Outside the US: We don’t offer exchanges due to international logistics.

  • Defects / wrong item (everywhere): If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos; we’ll replace or refund ASAP.

Because items are made-to-order, we don’t accept discretionary returns. Thanks for understanding.

What garments and materials do you use?

We print on premium, widely loved blanks:

  • Comfort Colors 1717 (T-Shirts): garment-dyed 100% ring-spun cotton, relaxed unisex fit, 1×1 ribbed collar, soft vintage hand-feel.
  • Gildan 18000 (Sweatshirts): midweight cotton-poly fleece, ribbed cuffs/hem, classic unisex fit.
  • Gildan 18500 (Hoodies): midweight fleece, lined hood with drawcord, kangaroo pocket, ribbed cuffs/hem.

Prints are matte, high-contrast, and designed to withstand regular wear.

How do I care for my tee/hoodie?

  • Wash cold, inside-out with similar colors
  • No bleach or harsh chemicals
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Don’t iron directly on the print

What sizes do you offer? How do I pick the right one?

If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed look.

Are your pieces good for gifting?

Absolutely. Our graphics span multiple “tribes” (Retro Spook, Anime Goth, Cyber-Macabre, Dark Bloom), so it’s easy to find a vibe that fits. Add a gift note at checkout (if available), or email us right after you order—we’ll do our best to help before production starts.

Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

I made a mistake on my order—can I change or cancel it?

We start production shortly after you order. If you need to change size, color, or address, email hello@lldesignlab.com asap with your order number. If production has already begun, we’ll explore options, but we can’t guarantee changes.
